The Pinehurst Compact

The Pinehurst Compact sets out a number of issues, initiatives and pledges which I will concentrate on as your City Councilman.

Phase I includes the following:

I will not accept pension credits for my term as City Councilman

Nor will I accept a full time job on the City payroll. Every position should be properly filled and all crazy loopholes should be closed.

I will explore innovative alternative sources of revenue for Providence and protect the City's finances as we face the significant challenges that loom on the horizon.

I will donate a percentage of my City Council stipend to charities in Providence.

I will work tirelessly on your behalf so that your children can learn in well run schools and that we can AFFORD to live peacefully in a CLEAN, SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD.
